1988 Corvette Convertible
This '88 is a real good example of putting new life into an older vehicle. Last year, 2001, with 121,000 miles on the odometer, we replaced the factory Tune Port 350 with a Jasper built 383ci, 400 horsepower engine. This engine was built for NOS, with steel crank, forged pistons, and a "Big Mouth" fuel injection system.
We also added a Greenwood body kit, ZR-1 wheels, ceramic headers, and a Flowmaster "cat-back" exhaust system.
For a little extra boost, we installed a 150 horsepower nitrous system. To date, this vehicle has over 5000 trouble-free miles.
